Contact form
When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, optional surname, email address and message you provide. We use this information to read, respond to and follow up on your enquiry.
How submissions are handled
The website sends contact-form submissions by email using Resend. The submission is delivered to the contact email configured for Korbnet AB, and your email address is used as the reply-to address. The contact notification does not include your IP address.
Language preference cookie
The NEXT_LOCALE cookie remembers whether you chose English or Swedish. It is stored in your browser for up to one year so future visits can open in that language. It exists because you asked for that language, so it is not used for tracking.
Analytics and your consent
With your consent, this site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are actually used, including a pseudonymised recording of the pages you open and where you click. Clarity is provided by Microsoft and sets its own cookies. It is not loaded at all unless you choose to allow analytics, and declining means no request to Clarity is ever made. Your choice is stored in your browser under korbnet:analytics-consent, and you can change or withdraw it at any time using the control below. This site also uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure aggregate traffic and page-performance data without cookies or personal identifiers.
Retention
This website does not define a fixed retention period for contact submissions. Do not send sensitive personal data through the contact form.
