BRF Rönninge Äng: Residential Development Platform
Interactive unit discovery, lead capture, and campaign-aware sales tooling.
Visit the live project →BRF Rönninge Äng is a residential-development platform for helping prospective buyers understand a specific project, explore individual homes, and register interest. My role focused on product and technical implementation across the visual experience, unit discovery, lead handling, and sales-support tooling. It formed one part of the wider acquisition process alongside presentation, tracking, campaign work, and handoff to the agents responsible for sales follow-up.
Make the project understandable at first glance
The public experience combines the project identity, key housing information, documents, map, and a direct interest path. The interface is designed to make the development feel clear and tangible before a visitor reaches the lead form.
The opening experience combines the project identity with an immediate path to register interest.
Let prospective buyers explore the offer
Galleries, interior and exterior material, project documents, map information, floor plans, and unit details give visitors several ways to understand the homes and the setting. The experience is built around a real development rather than a generic property catalogue.
The gallery presents the homes, exteriors, and surroundings as part of the decision journey.
A site plan connected to units
An interactive site plan lets visitors select individual homes and continue into unit-specific information and interest actions. This connects visual exploration directly to the available housing data rather than leaving the site plan as a static illustration.
The interactive site plan makes it easier to move from the overall development to a specific home.
From interest to a usable lead
Interest submissions can retain selected-unit context and campaign parameters before entering a lightweight admin workflow. The supporting tooling includes lead status, notes, search, soft deletion, CSV export, and confirmation and notification email flows, enough to support practical sales follow-up without presenting the system as a full CRM.
Campaign-aware sales support
Campaign periods and lead-volume views provide a practical way to compare incoming interest over time. Marketing tracking is consent-aware, with support for Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, and an optional server-side conversion event after explicit marketing consent.
Project-specific Q&A
A retrieval-based assistant can answer questions from a project knowledge pack and falls back when the available material does not support an answer. It is a supporting discovery feature, while the core product remains unit exploration and lead capture.
