Sege Townhouse - Property Marketing & Lead Generation
Project-specific property presentation, campaign work, and lead handoff.
Visit the live project →Sege Townhouse was a sister development to Parkterrasserna, but the work was more than rebranding a site. I contributed to the digital part of the property-marketing funnel: project presentation, UX/UI, design adaptation, performance and SEO work, tracking, campaigns, interest forms, and the handoff of interested prospects to real-estate agents.
Give a related project its own identity
Some technical groundwork from related property work could be reused, which made delivery faster. The public experience was still adapted for this development: warmer tones, different imagery, a more compact layout, and a project-specific content structure for the townhouse offer.
From presentation to a qualified handoff
The website was one part of a wider process, not the entire sales process. My contribution connected property presentation and campaign work to lead capture and follow-up by the agents responsible for viewings and sales.
- Property presentation shaped around the project and its imagery
- UX/UI and project-specific visual adaptation
- Performance, SEO, tracking, and data-informed iteration
- Targeted Meta campaigns and interest-generation forms
- Lead handoff to real-estate agents for the next stage
The work supported a chain from first impression to interest form and agent follow-up. I did not sell the homes; my role was the digital presentation, marketing, lead-generation, and iteration part of that larger process.
Reusable delivery, not a copied site
Reuse made it possible to move faster while still building a distinct project experience. A later reusable template evolved from this kind of work, but it is not used here to claim a specific modern stack for the original 2025 delivery.
